MY REWARDS CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS AND USERS: THIS IS AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT WHICH EXPLAINS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MY REWARDS CLUB PROGRAMME – PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY AND PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO CLAUSES IN BOLD TEXT.
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website at www.myrewardsclub.co.za, our My Rewards Club application, the My Rewards Club loyalty programme and our services (collectively, the “My Rewards Club Interface”). By using or accessing the My Rewards Club Interface, you agree to be bound to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the My Rewards Club Interface or any part thereof.
You warrant and represent that you are, at least, 18 (eighteen) years of age or, if your local jurisdiction’s statutes dictate a higher minimum age, then you warrant that you meet the mandated legal local minimum age, or that you are assisted by your legal guardian who will be transacting on your behalf and that you are mentally fit to transact on the My Rewards Club Interface.
If this is not the case, you must notify us immediately if you require any assistance to understand or interpret these Terms.
PLEASE READ OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT AND THE FOLLOWING TERMS BEFORE USING THE MY REWARDS CLUB INTERFACE.
BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS OR USE THE MY REWARDS CLUB INTERFACE, YOU WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND HAVE AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. My Rewards Club Dining Benefit – Terms & Conditions

• The My Rewards Club dining benefit is managed by Direct Rewards Proprietary Limited (“DR”).
• Refund claims are processed by DR and not the restaurant. All benefit queries or questions should be referred to DR by calling 087 825 1156 or by emailing support@myrewardsclub.co.za.
• The dining benefit entitles you, as a My Rewards Club member, to a refund on the second most expensive meal, provided that:
– You are dining with at least 1 other person;
– No less than 2 meals and 2 drinks are purchased per subscription;
– You have not exceeded your maximum dining benefits for that month (where applicable);
– You are at least 18 years of age; and
– You are a current and active member of the My Rewards Club programme.
• The refund will be calculated on the second most expensive meal on the bill, up to a maximum of R 120. Your claim will be verified with the restaurant to ensure validity.
• Your claim will be processed within 5 working days.
• The dining benefit:
– Can only be redeemed at selected restaurants which can be found on the App. We shall be
entitled, in our sole and absolute discretion, to amend the list of restaurants from time to time.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all listed restaurants are trading, DR will not be
held liable in the event of any restaurant closures;
– Is based on the restaurant’s standard prices;
– Is not applicable with any special offers, promotions, discount vouchers or loyalty programs;
– Can be used when purchasing takeaways directly from a listed restaurant or the third-party
take away providers Mr D, Uber Eats, Bolt and Order In;
– Can only be used once per restaurant per day;
– Can only be used a maximum of 3 times per day and up to a maximum of R 1,200 approved
refunds per month;
– Does not apply to desserts, extras, toppings, sides e.g. build your burger, extras on pizza etc.;
– Applies to individual line items on the menu whereby only one discount applies;
– A maximum of two memberships may be used per order, provided they are under different
names. Each member must claim separately.


• Your refund will be calculated as follows:
– Membership 1: 2nd most expensive meal and 2 drinks on the bill up to max R 120.
– Membership 2: 4th most expensive meal and 4 drinks on the bill up to max R 120.
• Refund claims:
– Must be submitted within 24 hours of you ordering your meal; and,
– Will be deposited into the bank account in the name of the member only; and,
– Must include a complete and legible claim submission; and,
– Must include the original restaurant receipt clearly displaying the restaurant name, receipt
number, date and time (card receipts not accepted) in the form of a clear photo; and will not
be processed if,
– The details on your receipt (restaurant name, date) do not match your “claim” or if the time of
payment is over 24 hours from your “claim” time.
– Membership is non-transferable.
• Clients can submit their restaurant or online delivery receipts from suppliers such as Mr D, Uber
Eats, Bolt, Order In, subject to the restaurant being part of the current selected restaurants.
• All receipts must have the following information present:
– Order date and time together with order / receipt number – this should be aligned to the claim
submitted on the App;
– Minimum of 2 meals;
– Minimum of 2 drinks;
– The total value of the invoice excluding the delivery charge must be visible on the receipt;
– Any delivery charge will not be considered for a refund.
• My Rewards Club and its service providers are in no way affiliated with any of the third-party delivery operators mentioned in this benefit. The choice to make use of these delivery operators is solely at the discretion of the restaurant involved.
• My Rewards Club and/or DR accepts no responsibility for the quality of service and/ or meals at any of our dining partners. Furthermore, My Rewards Club and/ or DR will not become involved in any disputes between members and restaurants.
• My Rewards Club and/ or DR may amend its terms and conditions from time-to-time.

2. My Rewards Club Fast Food Benefit – Steers Terms & Conditions

• This Fast Food Voucher Benefit is managed by Direct Rewards Proprietary Limited (“DR”) on behalf of My Rewards Club.
• Conditional discount vouchers are processed by wiGroup on behalf of DR and not the franchise. Please refer all benefit queries and questions to DR by calling 087 825 1156 or by emailing claims@myrewardsclub.co.za
• The Fast Food benefit entitles you as a My Rewards Club member to a discount voucher on your next meal purchased from a participating store, provided you:
– Spend R 150 or more excluding delivery fee to qualify for a R 30 voucher, redeemable off your
next purchase of R 100 or more; or
– Spend R 250 or more excluding delivery fee to qualify for a R 50 voucher, redeemable off your
next purchase of R 100 or more.
– Submit your claim within 24 hours of visiting the Steers outlet or ordering via the Steers App;
– In order to spend the conditional voucher a minimum order of R 100 excluding the delivery fee
is required on your next purchase;
– For mobile App redemptions, clients will need to adhere to Steers mobile app Ts&Cs;
– Add voucher number before selecting payment method;
– Vouchers will not be re-issued on a minimum spend of R 100 excluding the delivery fee;
– To qualify for a voucher re-issue you will need to purchase food to the value of R 150 and more
to qualify for a R 30 voucher or R 250 or more to qualify for a R 50 voucher – delivery fee
excluded.
– Your voucher is valid for one use only, within 30 days from date of issue of the voucher;
– All claim submissions will be vetted and approved by DR based on the above criteria.
• The voucher will be calculated as per the qualifying criteria and amount spent on the bill, up to a maximum of R 50 or R 30, whichever applies.
• Your claim will be processed within 3 working days. Please note that claims received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will incur an additional days processing time.
• The Fast Food benefit:
– Can only be redeemed at participating outlets. DR shall be entitled, in our sole and absolute
discretion, to amend the list of outlets from time to time. Whilst every effort will be made to
ensure that all listed outlets are trading, DR will not be held liable in the event of any restaurant
closures; and
– is based on the outlets standard in-store and online prices; and
– applicable with any special offers, promotions; and
– not applicable in conjunction with any discount vouchers or loyalty programs; and
– can only be used once per outlet per day; and
– applies to individual line items on the menu whereby only one discount applies; and
– applies to meals that include drinks including specials; and
– claims must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase; and
– cannot claim more than 4 (four) times per month ; and
– vouchers must be used within 30 (thirty) days from transaction or issue.

3. My Rewards Club Fast Food Benefit – Debonairs Pizza Terms & Conditions

• This Fast Food Voucher Benefit is managed by Direct Rewards Proprietary Limited (“DR”) on behalf of My Rewards Club.
• Conditional discount vouchers are processed by wiGroup on behalf of DR and not the franchise. Please refer all benefit queries and questions to DR by calling 087 825 1156 or by emailing claims@myrewardsclub.co.za
• The Fast Food benefit entitles you as a My Rewards Club member to a discount voucher on your next meal purchased from a participating store, provided you:
– Spend R 199.90 or more excluding delivery fee to qualify for a R 30 voucher, redeemable off your next purchase of R 100 or more; or
– Spend R 300 or more excluding delivery fee to qualify for a R 50 voucher, redeemable off your next purchase of R 100 or more.
– Submit your claim within 24 hours of visiting the Debonairs Pizza outlet or ordering via the Debonairs App;
– In order to spend the conditional voucher, a minimum order of R 100 excluding the delivery fee is required on your next purchase;
– For mobile App redemptions, clients will need to adhere to Debonairs App Ts&Cs;
– Add voucher number before selecting payment method;
– Vouchers will not be re-issued on a minimum spend of R 100 excluding the delivery fee;
– To qualify for a voucher re-issue, you will need to purchase food to the value of R 199.90 or more to qualify for a R 30 voucher or R 300 or more to qualify for a R 50 voucher – delivery fee excluded.
– Your voucher is valid for one use only, within 30 days from date of issue of the voucher;
– All claim submissions will be vetted and approved by DR based on the above criteria.
• The voucher will be calculated as per the qualifying criteria and amount spent on the bill, up to a maximum of R 50 or R 30, whichever applies.
• Your claim will be processed within 3 working days. Please note that claims received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will incur an additional days processing time.
• The Fast Food benefit:
– Can only be redeemed at participating outlets. DR shall be entitled, in our sole and absolute discretion, to amend the list of outlets from time to time. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all listed outlets are trading, DR will not be held liable in the event of any restaurant closures; and
– is based on the outlets standard in-store and online prices; and
– applicable with any special offers, promotions; and
– not applicable in conjunction with any discount vouchers or loyalty programs; and
– can only be used once per outlet per day; and
– applies to individual line items on the menu whereby only one discount applies; and
– applies to meals that include drinks including specials; and
– claims must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase; and
– cannot claim more than 4 (four) times per month ; and
– vouchers must be used within 30 (thirty) days from transaction or issue.

4. My Rewards Club Fast Food Benefit – Milky Lane Terms & Conditions

• This Fast Food Voucher Benefit is managed by Direct Rewards Proprietary Limited (“DR”) on behalf of My Rewards Club.
• Conditional discount vouchers are processed by wiGroup on behalf of DR and not the franchise. Please refer all benefit queries and questions to DR by calling 087 825 1156 or by emailing claims@myrewardsclub.co.za
• The Fast Food benefit entitles you as a My Rewards Club member to a discount voucher on your next meal purchased from a participating store, provided you:
– Spend R 75 or more excluding delivery fee to qualify for a R 15 voucher, redeemable off your next purchase of R 50 or more; or
– Spend R 150 or more excluding delivery fee to qualify for a R 30 voucher, redeemable off your next purchase of R 50 or more.
– Submit your claim within 24 hours of visiting the Milky Lane outlet or ordering via the Milky Lane App;
– In order to spend the conditional voucher, a minimum order of R 50 excluding the delivery fee is required on your next purchase;
– For mobile App redemptions, clients will need to adhere to Milky Lane App Ts&Cs;
– Add voucher number before selecting payment method;
– Vouchers will not be re-issued on a minimum spend of R 50 excluding the delivery fee;
– To qualify for a voucher re-issue, you will need to purchase food to the value of R 75 or more to qualify for a R 15 voucher or R 150 or more to qualify for a R 30 voucher – delivery fee excluded.
– Your voucher is valid for one use only, within 30 days from date of issue of the voucher;
– All claim submissions will be vetted and approved by DR based on the above criteria.
• The voucher will be calculated as per the qualifying criteria and amount spent on the bill, up to a maximum of R 30 or R 15, whichever applies.
• Your claim will be processed within 3 working days. Please note that claims received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will incur an additional days processing time.
• The Fast Food benefit:
– Can only be redeemed at participating outlets. DR shall be entitled, in our sole and absolute discretion, to amend the list of outlets from time to time. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all listed outlets are trading, DR will not be held liable in the event of any restaurant closures; and
– is based on the outlets standard in-store and online prices; and
– applicable with any special offers, promotions; and
– not applicable in conjunction with any discount vouchers or loyalty programs; and
– can only be used once per outlet per day; and
– applies to individual line items on the menu whereby only one discount applies; and
– applies to meals that include drinks including specials; and
– claims must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase; and
– cannot claim more than 4 (four) times per month ; and
– vouchers must be used within 30 (thirty) days from transaction or issue.

5. My Rewards Club Fast Food Benefit – Nando’s Terms & Conditions

• This Fast Food Voucher Benefit is managed by Direct Rewards Proprietary Limited (“DR”) on behalf of My Rewards Club.
• Conditional discount vouchers are processed by wiGroup on behalf of DR and not the franchise. Please refer all benefit queries and questions to DR by calling 087 825 1156 or by emailing claims@myrewardsclub.co.za
• The Fast Food benefit entitles you as a My Rewards Club member to a discount voucher on your next meal purchased from a participating store, provided you:
– Spend R 150 or more excluding delivery fee to qualify for a R 30 voucher, redeemable off your

– For mobile App redemptions, clients will need to adhere to Nando’s mobile app Ts&Cs;
– Add voucher number before selecting payment method;
– Vouchers will not be re-issued on a minimum spend of R 100 excluding the delivery fee;
– To qualify for a voucher re-issue you will need to purchase food to the value of R 150 and more
to qualify for a R 30 voucher or R 250 or more to qualify for a R 50 voucher – delivery fee
excluded.

7. My Rewards Club Grocery Coupon Benefit – Terms & Conditions

• The My Rewards Club grocery coupon benefit (the “Grocery Coupon Benefit”) entitles you, as a monthly subscriber, to access grocery coupons on a pre-defined list of grocery products at Dis-Chem, Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper stores.
• The Grocery Coupon Benefit is only available for use by My Rewards Club subscribers that have paid their monthly subscription fee. The coupons are only redeemable at Dis-Chem, Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper stores within the Republic of South Africa.
• Please ensure that you have selected all the coupons you wish to purchase in your basket as you are limited to 5 Dis-Chem shopping trips per day.
• The coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
• This coupon may not be used in conjunction with any other in-store specials or promotions
• The coupons are only valid until the expiry date and whilst stocks last.
• Each digital coupon is redeemable via the My Rewards Club application up to 5 (five) times per month.
• The pre-defined list of grocery items may be amended by DR in its sole discretion and without further notice to you.
• To redeem your coupons, Login or Register if you are a first-time user of the My Rewards Club application.
• Select your coupons from the relevant coupon partners by following the prompts.
• Show the coupon code(s) at the till, along with the product you wish to redeem the discount on.
• Dis-Chem WiCode:
– Your WiCode is the 7-digit number you type into the PIN pad at the till after your items have been scanned.
– Once the items have been scanned, inform the cashier that you have coupons and enter your WiCode into the PIN pad at the till.
– A WiCode will remain valid for 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of issue.

8. My Rewards Club Voucher Benefit – Shoprite/ Checkers Terms & Conditions

• To qualify for the 5% discount, members must purchase a Shoprite, Checkers or Checkers Hyper Virtual Voucher and load it with the value required.
• The discount is only accessible if the Virtual Voucher purchase is made in the month that your Rewards fee is received.
• The bearer of the Virtual Voucher may redeem the Virtual Voucher to purchase merchandise from any Shoprite, Checkers, Checkers Hyper, House & Home or Usave stores.
• All Virtual Vouchers have specific Terms and Conditions as set out on the website at www.myrewardsclub.co.za/terms-and-conditions
• The member, by purchasing the Virtual Voucher, confirms that he/she is aware of all the terms.

9. My Rewards Club Voucher Benefit – Dis-Chem Terms & Conditions

• To qualify for the 5% discount, members must purchase a Dis-Chem Electronic wiCode Voucher directly from the App and load it with the value required.
• The discount is only accessible if the Electronic wiCode Voucher purchase is made in the month that your Rewards fee is received.
• All Electronic wiCode Voucher purchases must be done via the App and cannot be purchased with cash.
• The bearer of the Electronic wiCode Voucher may redeem the Voucher to purchase merchandise from any Dis-Chem store.
• All Electronic wiCode Vouchers have specific Terms and Conditions as set out on the website at www.myrewardsclub.co.za/terms-and-conditions
• The member, by purchasing the Electronic wiCode Voucher, confirms that he/she is aware of all the terms.

10. My Rewards Club Voucher Benefit – Woolworths Terms & Conditions

• To qualify for the 5% discount, members must purchase a Woolworths Gift Voucher/ eGift Card and load it with the value required.
• The discount is only accessible if the Gift Voucher/ eGift Card purchase is made in the month that your Rewards fee is received.
• The bearer of the Gift Voucher/ eGift Card may use the Gift Voucher/ eGift Card to purchase merchandise from any Woolworths stores.
• All Gift Vouchers/eGift Cards have specific Terms and Conditions as set out on the website at www.myrewardsclub.co.za/terms-and-conditions
• The member, by purchasing the Gift Voucher/ eGift Card, confirms that he/ she is aware of all the terms.

11. My Rewards Club Retail Benefit – Edgars, Style, Legit & Beaver Canoe Terms & Conditions

• The My Rewards Club retail benefit (the “Retail Benefit”) entitles you, as a monthly subscriber, to a 10% (ten percent) discount on your purchases at any Edgars, Style, Beaver Canoe and Legit stores.
• The Retail Benefit is only available for use by My Rewards Club subscribers that have paid their monthly subscription fee.
• To qualify for the 10% (ten percent) discount, subscribers must purchase voucher or an electronic Edgars gift card and load it with the value required.
• The bearer of the voucher or electronic Edgars gift card may use the card to purchase merchandise from any Edgars, Style, Beaver Canoe and Legit stores.
• The voucher or electronic Edgars gift card will only be accepted if a valid voucher or electronic Edgars gift card number is presented to the cashier from the My Rewards Club application.
• All Edgars vouchers and gift cards (“Gift Cards”) have specific Terms and Conditions as set out below:
 the bearer of the voucher or Gift Card may use the Gift Card to purchase merchandise from any Edgars, Style, Beaver Canoe and Legit stores;
 the voucher or Gift Card is valid for a period of 3 (three) years from date of issue, activation or upon full redemption thereof, whichever occurs first. If such voucher or Gift Card has been topped-up, it will remain valid for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of top-up or upon full redemption thereof (whichever occurs first) irrespective of the date of issue or activation;
 the voucher or Gift Card may not be:
– used for the payment of an Edgars, Style, Beaver Canoe and Legit stores account or be exchanged for cash; or
– used to purchase airtime;
 no cash change will be given on purchases made with the voucher or Gift Card;
 for security reasons, this voucher or Gift Card should be kept in a safe place. If stolen, it may still be used to make unauthorized/ fraudulent purchases;
 lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. However, if you are in possession of the voucher or Gift Card number, you can call the Edgars Customer Service Centre on
 031 010 0005 to report it lost or stolen, Mon – Fri: 08h00 – 17h00 or email: edgars.customercare@retailability.co.za. Edgars will block the voucher or the remaining amount on the Gift Card and transfer it to another Gift Card, which will be available when you next visit any Edgars store; and
• Gift Card balances can be checked in-store at a till point or by calling the Edgars Customer Service Centre on 031 010 0005
• An electronic voucher/ Gift Card is an SMS version of the existing Gift Card and the following additional terms apply:
 if the full value of your electronic Gift Card is not used on your first purchase, the balance will be transferred to a physical Gift Card;
 the electronic Gift Card cannot be topped up or be sent to someone else;
 should the electronic Gift Card be deleted, or the customer cell phone be lost or stolen, Edgars or DR will not be liable for any reimbursement of any nature. The SMS can be resent, however, only to the original number;
 the usage of the electronic Gift Card is solely at the risk and discretion of the customer/subscriber; and
 Edgars or DR shall not be held liable for any cellular network service operator’s delay in forwarding an electronic Gift Card to you.


12. My Rewards Club Retail Benefit – The Foschini Group Terms & Conditions

• To qualify for the 5% discount, members must purchase a TFG Gift Voucher/ eGift Card and load it with the value required.
• The discount is only accessible if the Gift Voucher/ eGift Card purchase is made in the month that your Rewards fee is received.
• The bearer of the Gift Voucher/ eGift Card may use the Gift Voucher/ eGift Card to purchase merchandise from any @home, @homelivingspace, American Swiss, Archive, Colette, Donna, Due South Escapes, Exact, Fabiani, The FIX, Foschini, G-Star Raw, hi, Markham, Mat & May, Relay Jeans, Soda Bloc, sportscene, Sterns and Totalsports.

• E-Cards can be used in-store or online when requested in the My Rewards Club App.
• This offer can be used by any member of the family.
• When shopping in-store, simply present the In-App E-Card when paying to get 40% off.
• The use of the E-Card unique code when shopping online is subject to the Khaliques Ts&Cs. Please refer to their Website for full Terms and Conditions at: www.khaliques.co.za
• Khaliques online Ts&Cs govern the ordering, sale and delivery of Goods, and the use of the Website.

14. My Rewards Club Travel Benefit – Eldo Coaches Terms & Conditions

• The My Rewards Club travel benefit (the “Travel Benefit”) entitles you, as a monthly subscriber, to purchase discounted bus tickets on certain Eldo Coaches routes.
• The Travel Benefit is only available for use by My Rewards Club subscribers that have paid their monthly subscription fee.
• All bookings must be made via the My Rewards Club Contact Centre by calling 087 825 1156 during Contact Centre hours which are Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 17h00 and Saturdays from 09h00 to 13h00 or sending an email to support@myrewardsclub.co.za.
• The My Rewards Club Contact Centre is not open on Sundays or South African public holidays.
• Tickets are only confirmed upon receipt of payment into the nominated bank account for which banking details will be provided to the subscriber.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• The Travel Benefit discount is only applicable for:
– Eldo Coaches routes within the borders of the Republic of South Africa;
• The Travel Benefit includes a discount of 15% (fifteen percent) off the normal fare price of the Eldo Coaches Intercity routes.
• Tickets issued are subject to the full Terms and Conditions as set out on www. eldocoaches.co.za/terms-conditions, some of which are highlighted above.
• The passenger, by accepting and using the ticket, confirms that he/she has been given an adequate opportunity to read and understand the Eldo Coaches terms and conditions and that he/she is aware of all of their terms and conditions.

15. My Rewards Club Travel Benefit – FlySafair Terms & Conditions

• The My Rewards Club travel benefit (the “Travel Benefit”) entitles you, as a monthly subscriber, to receive cash back when you fly on FlySafair.
• The Travel Benefit is only available for use by My Rewards Club subscribers that have paid their monthly subscription fee.
• You will need to book, pay and upload your boarding pass using the My Rewards Club application and you will get Cash Back paid directly into their bank account.
• The FlySafair Benefit:
• Receive R 75.00 Cash Back on any One Way or Return flight purchased on FlySafair.
• 1 (one) redemption per member per month (One Way or Return ticket).
• Validation via uploading of boarding pass and completed claims form using the My Rewards Club app.
• Boarding pass to be loaded within 24 hours after departure.
• If the name on boarding pass does not match what we have on record, our Consultant will call you to verify the details.
• The claims submission form must clearly show the Members full name, surname, cell phone number and date of the flight.
• Once verified, the My Rewards Club back office will settle cash back within 5 working days into the member’s bank account
• The Cash Back rebate offer can be used in conjunction with any other FlySafair offering in the marketplace.

16. My Rewards Club Movie Benefit – Nu Metro Terms & Conditions

• The My Rewards Club Nu Metro benefit (the “Nu Metro Benefit”) entitles you, as a monthly subscriber, to discounted movie tickets at selected Nu Metro cinemas.
• The Nu Metro Benefit is only available for use by My Rewards Club subscribers that have paid their monthly subscription fee.
• The vouchers issued as part of the Nu Metro Benefit are only redeemable at selected Nu Metro cinemas.
• Movie vouchers can be redeemed at a Nu Metro Self-Service Terminal (“SST”), Nu Metro cinema box office (ticket counter), the Nu Metro website or via the Nu Metro call centre.
• Please note that voucher codes will not be accepted at Hyde Park, Parkview Centre, Woodlands, Emperors Palace or Bedford.
• The Nu Metro Benefit does not apply to 3D, 4DX, Extreme, VIP, Ballet and Opera Circuits.
• Movie vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
• As a My Rewards Club subscriber you are not limited to the number of vouchers available across Nu Metro cinemas per month.

• The My Rewards Club Ster-Kinekor benefit (the “Ster-Kinekor Benefit”) entitles you, as a monthly subscriber, to discounted movie tickets at selected Ster-Kinekor cinemas.
• The Ster-Kinekor Benefit is only available for use by My Rewards Club subscribers that have paid their monthly subscription fee.
• Each 2D voucher can only be used once by the person to whom it had been issued for admission and is redeemable at any Ster-Kinekor theatre in the Republic of South Africa, except Cine Prestige and 3D movies.
• Each 3D voucher can only be used once by the person to whom it had been issued for admission and is redeemable at any Ster-Kinekor theatre in the Republic of South Africa, except Cine Prestige.
• Each movie voucher can be redeemed at the ticket counter and SSTs (self-service terminals), via Ticketline, the Ster-Kinekor website or mobi sites.
• The person to whom the voucher had been issued is responsible for its safe-keeping.
• Lost vouchers will not be replaced. This may include forwarding or access to the correspondence containing the voucher.
• In the event that a movie voucher is invalid or cannot be found on the Ster-Kinekor system, the subscriber should call the My Rewards Club Contact Centre by calling 087 825 1156 during Contact Centre hours which are Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 17h00 and Saturdays from 09h00 to 13h00.
• A movie voucher cannot be utilized in conjunction with any other special, promotional, discount or any club offerings.
• We regret that no refunds on vouchers or tickets will be processed.
• Savings on vouchers are based on regular ticket pricing.
• DR shall not be held liable for any financial loss arising from the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any voucher or any failure or inability by the subscriber to use a voucher for any reason.

18. My Rewards Club Showmax Benefit – Terms & Conditions

• To qualify for up to 10% discount, members must purchase a qualifying Showmax Mobile Prepaid Subscription Voucher.
• The discount is only accessible if the Prepaid Subscription Voucher purchase is made in the month that your Rewards fee is received.
• The bearer of the Prepaid Subscription Voucher may use it to get access to the discounted Showmax subscription.
• All Prepaid Subscription Vouchers have specific Terms and Conditions as set out on the website at www.myrewardsclub.co.za/terms-and-conditions. The member, by purchasing the Prepaid Subscription Voucher, confirms that he/ she is aware of all the terms.

19. My Rewards Club Soccer Benefit – Terms & Conditions

• The My Rewards Club soccer ticket benefit (the “Soccer Ticket Benefit”) entitles you, as a monthly subscriber, to discounted soccer tickets at Premier League soccer matches in the Republic of South Africa.
• The Soccer Ticket Benefit is only available for use by My Rewards Club subscribers that have paid their monthly subscription fee.
• The Soccer Ticket Benefit may only be used for Premier League soccer matches in the Republic of South Africa and exclude Cup, Derby matches and/or international fixtures.
• A subscriber will pay for the soccer ticket voucher in the My Rewards Club application which can be redeemed for the desired soccer game at any Money Market counter of any Shoprite, Checkers or Checkers Hyper.
• The soccer ticket voucher does not guarantee ticket availability.
• The subscriber should reserve a voucher at least 5 (five) Business Days before the match to ensure a higher probability of ticket availability, as well as allowing adequate lead time to collect the tickets.
• The Soccer Ticket Benefit applies only to regular priced stand tickets and not to any box or VIP tickets.
• Vouchers do not guarantee entry to a stadium.
• Your voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Soccer ticket vouchers are valid for 3 (three) months from the date of issue and the voucher value will be lost if not utilized.
• The bearer of the soccer ticket voucher will be deemed to be the owner of such voucher.
• You are limited to 10 (ten) soccer ticket vouchers per month.
• When you use your voucher you must sign a voucher payment slip at the Money Market counter.
• How to use:
 purchase your soccer ticket voucher in the My Rewards Club application;
 receive your soccer ticket voucher number in the My Wallet section of the My Rewards Club application under Vouchers; and
 go to your closest Shoprite, Checkers or Checkers Hyper Money Market counter and book your soccer ticket through Computicket.
